Hey, thanks for your reply! That doesn't sound like a small thing... Can you remember how much the whole thing cost you? And have you had any similar problems since then? Always good to know what to expect. Thank you!

Hi again! Well, the cable connection cost me €155 at the time. It wasn't super cheap, but since then everything has been running smoothly again. Especially the problem with the "navigation system image data invalid" has been solved since the visit to the mechanic. So don't worry, after that your Peugeot should work as usual again. Best regards!

Wow, that's reassuring to know. 155 is a lot, but as long as everything works well again afterwards, it's definitely worth it. Your information has helped me a lot and now I feel a little better prepared. Hopefully the visit to the garage will be better this time. Thank you again! Bye and drive safely!

Hey, I had a similar problem with my 2011 Peugeot 807 Diesel. "Cable connection faulty" was displayed on my on-board computer. At first there was no sound and no GPS. At that time, several cables on the on-board computer and then the entire connection to the center console had to be re-routed. It was quite an extensive job because everything had to be taken apart. It's not the end of the world, but it's definitely something you should take seriously. So yes, prepare yourself for a slightly bigger job. Good luck!
