Infiniti EX Cooling Flaps: A Common Overheating Culprit?

Hi there! I had a somewhat similar issue with my 2015 Infiniti QX50 last summer, and I have some experience working on cars (though I'm not a pro mechanic). The symptoms sounded just like what I dealt with my radiator wasn't getting proper airflow because of a damaged wiring harness for the radiator shutters behind the front bumper. Took it to my trusted workshop and they had to remove the bumper to access and replace the worn harness. Total cost was around 270€ including parts and labor. But before jumping to conclusions what's your coolant temperature reading like? And have you noticed if the cooling fans are kicking in properly? The coolant temp usually hovers around 95-98°C during normal driving, but lately it's been climbing to about 102-103°C, especially in city traffic. The fans seem to be working, but they're kicking in later than usual. I can hear them running at full blast more often than before.
