Help Needed: Persistent DQ381 Gearbox Issue in Seat Ateca

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing a problem with my Seat Ateca's DQ381 gearbox. The transmission indicator light comes on, and I'm also getting a POC2900 error code. I've already changed the pump and checked the wiring, but the issue persists. What else should I investigate to resolve this problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Check the transmission fluid level and condition, as low or contaminated fluid can cause issues. Make sure it's at the correct level and replace it if necessary. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!

Already done this new Transmission still code pops up . I have replaced Transmission with new model VWK 10 as my old one was VW2 or this still could cause trouble ?

Ensure that the new transmission is properly programmed and calibrated to your vehicle's ECU. Mismatched software or incorrect adaptation can lead to persistent error codes. If you're unsure, it might be best to have a professional perform this task. Let me know if this resolves the issue or if you have more questions!
