Help Needed: BMW X3 Engine and Transmission Issues

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing several issues with my 2013 BMW X3, which has 283,897 km on it. The problems include an unsteady engine, jerking during acceleration, longer cold start times, stalling and shaking while idling, and erratic transmission slips and shifts. Could anyone provide insights into what might be causing these issues and potential solutions? Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello , Mine is not petrol , mine is n57 diesel engine , Can it be something else ?
