Hey, no problem! In my case, the bill ended up being €350. All the fun of repairing the faulty electric auxiliary heater. Since I went to the mechanic, everything has been running like clockwork. I haven't noticed any more problems with the heating or cooling. So far, everything is in the green zone. I hope it will be the same for you, fingers crossed!

Wow, that's good news! I really appreciate your help. I'm a bit relieved now and think I'll take my Renault in for repairs too. 350 euros is quite a lot, but I think it's worth it, especially if it runs as smoothly as yours. Thanks again and hopefully your auxiliary heater will remain problem-free!

Hey, I've been in a similar situation with my 2021 Renault Megane. My mechanic checked the electric auxiliary heater and found that it was faulty. The problem was apparently that the auxiliary heater was no longer working as it should, which was negatively affecting the heating and cooling. To fix it, the mechanic had to remove the old auxiliary heater and install a new one. Although it can be a serious problem if left unattended, the repair itself was not as complicated as I had initially thought. If done correctly, the problem should be solved. Hope this helps you! Good luck!
