Hey, thanks for the answer! Well, mine already has a good distance on the clock with 130602 km. Everything was okay at the last service, but now the rear window heater has somehow given up the ghost. There is no exact error message, it just doesn't work. But maybe it's the plug connection like yours. I'll see if I can find anything there.

Hey, no problem! Of course, age could also play a role in the mileage, as electrical components have a limited service life. Without a specific error code, however, there are many open assumptions. It could just as easily be a cable break or a relay. So, unless you happen to be able to use an OBD scanner, going to the workshop would probably be the safest option. In any case, the repair was worthwhile for my Q5. Maybe it's also worth considering for your Q3. Fingers crossed!

Hey, thanks for the tip! Yes, I'll think about it with the workshop. It really is probably the best solution. I think I'll break down if I try to fix it myself, and I really need the rear window heater right now in winter. It's so annoying that this had to happen now of all times! Well, thanks again for the help!

Hi mate, I can definitely understand your frustration. I had a similar problem with my 2008 Audi Q5 diesel. I'm definitely not a car mechanic, but I do have some experience with cars. That's how it unfolded for me: Took my car to my garage and the master found that the connector on the rear window was loose/defective. I had to pay 225 euros for it, but it was money well spent as the problem was solved. Can you perhaps give me more information about your car, such as the model, mileage or the exact error message? Maybe then I can help you a little more precisely.
