The tank venting system makes a significant contribution to environmental protection by absorbing the evaporated hydrocarbons produced by fuel expansion.These hydrocarbons are then returned to combustion, which not only minimizes potential emissions to the environment but also improves fuel economy.
Equipped with a vent valve, the system regulates the negative pressure in the tank and ensures the regeneration of the activated carbon filter, feeding the purge air enriched with hydrocarbons to the combustion engine.
