Hey, thanks for the quick reply and the detailed description! Your experience sounds pretty similar to my current situation. Can you remember the cost of the whole repair? And has anything else affected the performance of your car since then? It would be great if you could elaborate on that. Thank you!

Hey, I'm glad that my experience has helped you. So, since the visit to the garage, my Seat is running like clockwork again. The mechanic fixed the problem with the malfunctioning intake manifold pressure sensor. Since then, the performance has been first class and there have been no further problems. About the bill: The repair of the intake manifold pressure sensor cost me 165 euros. Not exactly a bargain, but my goodness, the difference afterwards was definitely worth the price. I hope your Arona is back in top form soon. Good luck!

Hey, thanks for the info! 165 euros is a lot of money, but if it helps to fix the problem and get my performance back on track then maybe it's worth it. I guess I'll get an appointment at the garage and hope it goes as well as it did for you. Thanks so much for your help! Hopefully my Arona will be running like your Ibiza again soon. Thanks again!

Hey, I recently had a similar problem with my 2016 Seat Ibiza. Just like you, my check engine light was flashing and the engine was running rough. It turned out to be a serious problem with the turbocharger, which wasn't working properly. This resulted in high fuel consumption and poor performance - just as you described. After taking my car to the garage, they had to completely remove and clean the turbocharger. The subsequent troubleshooting revealed that the intake manifold pressure sensor was fine. It wasn't a quick process, but now my car is running smoothly again. I hope this helps you and your problem is not that serious. Good luck!
