Hey, thanks heaps for chipping in with your experience. Sounds like what I'm going through with my Multipla. That Cable Connection Defective issue could be a possibility. Sounds like a right bugger, but at least it seems fixable. So, if you don't mind my asking, can you recall around how much it set you back? And, since the fix up, has anything else popped up or has your Doblo been behaving? Could really use the info to brace myself for what might be coming! Cheers!
Hey. After swinging by the mechanic's, that damper adjustment of the chassis problem I suspected was indeed the culprit, just like your Multipla. Luckily, it did get sorted out and since then, no more jumpy rides for me! As for that Cable Connection Defective malarkey, it indeed turned out to be a right pain in the backside. Ended up costing me about 155€, but can't put a price on smooth driving, right? So I'd say it was well worth it. Ever since the fix, my Doblo's been purring like a kitten and behaving as it should. Explore that route and I reckon you'll get your bouncing beast tamed in no time! And of course, keep us posted on how it goes - always here to help a fellow car enthusiast! Cheerio!
G'day. That's fantastically handy information! Granular details like this really helps in figuring out what next steps I can take, you know. Glad to hear that your Doblo’s been behaving post-fix. Gives me hope that my Multipla might see some peaceful days soon too! For that kind of a result, I reckon 155€ sounds fair enough. I'll keep my fingers crossed, hope it doesn't turn out to be a worse issue. Will definitely check these things with my mechanic and bring my prancing Fiat under control. Oh, and for sure, will keep you updated about my trials and tribulations with it. Thanks heaps for all the help again! Till next time, happy motoring! Cheers!
Hey, I can totally relate to your situation. Had a similar issue with my 2011 Fiat Doblo. The jarring ride gave me fair dinkum backache and that blinking warning light was a right nark too. Turned out to be a pesky Cable Connection Defective issue - thought as much! The garage went ahead and did a thorough check-up, fixed up the shock absorbers while they were at it, but the main culprit was that bad cable connection. It was a bit of a drama but they got it fixed for me and it's been smooth sailing since. It wasn't the most trivial issue but definitely not the worst I've seen either. Hope you get your Fiat sorted keep us posted. Good luck!
