Hey, thanks for your quick reply! I had my last service at 16500 km and so far everything has been fine, even in winter. My Ibiza has a diesel engine. Strange that the nozzles freeze up...I'll pass your information on to my garage and have them look at the cable connection. I didn't think that could be a problem. Thanks again for the help!

No problem, always happy to help! Yes, cars these days are super modern, but also more susceptible to little things like that. Well, if everything was fine before and this is the first time the spray nozzles have frozen, it could just be the cold weather. Diesel cars in particular are known to be a bit of a bitch in cold temperatures. If it gets even colder next time, you could possibly try a de-icer spray. Otherwise, I agree with you, have it checked at the garage. Maybe it really is just the cable connection or something in the heater. Keep us posted and good luck!

Hi, that's a really good idea to try the de-icer spray! I will buy it and hope it works. The weather here is really extremely cold, so that might be the trigger. Glad you took the time to help me out. I will make sure the garage knows about this cable connection. As soon as I have results, I will definitely let you know. Thanks again for the support!

Hi there! I have a bit of experience with cars, but I'm not a professional. I once had a similar problem with my Seat Leon (built in 2017). It turned out that the cable connection was defective! I then had it repaired at my regular garage. The guys did a really good job. It cost 155 euros, but it was worth it. Tell me - which engine do you have in your Ibiza and did the problem occur in an earlier winter? Then I might be able to help more. Hope this helps you for now!
