EPC lamp lights up despite throttle valve replacement - What to do?

I recently changed the throttle valve on my Seat Ibiza, but the EPC light is still on. I also have problems with the check engine light, jerking when accelerating and the engine is difficult to start. I have tried to learn the throttle with Carly but there doesn't seem to be an option to do this. Will this feature be added in the future or is there another way to solve this problem?
