Hello everyone, I've recently had some problems with my Seat Ateca. After a major service, I started to receive alerts concerning assistance and braking, as well as problems with the gearbox. In addition, the engine light comes on and stays on. While driving, gears jump on the speedometer and I feel a total loss of engine power. I have an automatic gearbox and my garage insists that there's nothing wrong with the car. Has anyone experienced this kind of problem before? Any help in clarifying this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Start by checking the battery and its connections. A weak battery or poor connections can cause electronic issues and false alerts. Ensure the battery terminals are clean and tightly connected. If the problem persists, it might be worth getting a second opinion from another mechanic. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
