Hey, thanks for the great tip! Now that you've had this experience, do you happen to remember how much the fun cost you? And have you had any other issues since then that might be related? I'm preparing for anything after having such bad luck last time. Thanks again for your help!

Sure, no problem! It cost me 1000 euros to repair the on-board control unit. A lot of money, but since then the car has been running like a dream again. Since the visit to the mechanic, the problem with the interruption of terminal 30 has also been resolved. Since then, nothing that could be connected with it has caused me any more trouble. So it seems that the whole thing was finally solved. I'll keep my fingers crossed that things go similarly for you!

Thank you very much for the information, it really helped me! It's a lot of money, but if it really solves the problem, then it's worth it. I will have the on-board control unit checked at the garage and hopefully the lights and the starting problem will then come to an end. Your positive experience report gives me some hope that I will have better luck with my mechanic visit this time. Thanks again and good luck with our petrol engines!

Hey, I understood your symptoms well and can relate. Last time I had something similar with my 2011 Benz GLK Class, also petrol. It turned out that the on-board control unit was defective. The lights flickered and I also had problems starting, very similar to your problems. Have the on-board control unit checked in the garage, it's possible that this is also the case with you. It wasn't fun, but after the repair everything worked perfectly again. Good luck, hopefully it's nothing serious!
