Hey, you're welcome. The alternator cost me a good 500 euros, but I still had problems with the battery afterwards. I then stupidly overlooked the battery sensor, which was defective. That cost me another €315 to fix. Since then, however, everything has been as good as new. The break in terminal 30 that you mentioned was also fixed the last time I was in the workshop. I haven't had any additional problems with the electrics since then. Hope that gives you a good overview. Just make sure you get it checked at a garage soon before things get worse! Greetings!

So, thank you very much for the information, that really helps me a lot! You're right, I'd better not wait too long and have it checked soon. The cost doesn't sound particularly nice, but if it means I can avoid further problems, it's definitely worth it. I'm glad to hear that everything went smoothly for you afterwards. I hope it will be the same with my car. Thanks again for your help! Greetings back!

Hey, I had a similar problem with my 2017 Seat Leon diesel. Last time at the garage, it turned out that my alternator had given up the ghost, and this was indeed a serious problem. The flickering lights and weak battery when starting the engine were clear indicators. May not be directly related to terminal 30, but it's certainly something you should have checked. It's not just a simple electrical issue, it could also affect the starting and overall performance of your car. It's best to visit a good garage before it gets worse. Hope this helps you!
