Electric Mini Cooper tire pressure warning

The error is a general warning, doesn't say which tire. I've had a tire check, and the air pressure seems fine across all four tires. You mentioned it happened with your Volvo too. What was the problem in your case?

In my case, it turned out to be a faulty tire pressure sensor. The battery inside the sensor had died. Since your tire check showed normal air pressure, and you're getting a general error, I'd suspect the same. It might be best to get it checked at a workshop; they can properly diagnose which sensor is acting up.

Just wanted to give an update. You were spot on! Took it to a shop, and it was indeed a faulty tire pressure sensor. They replaced it, and the error is gone. Cost me 280€ all in. Thanks again for your help!

That sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my previous car, a Volvo. Kept getting a low tire pressure warning even after I did a tire check and inflated the tires. Does the error message specify which tire is affected, or is it a general warning? Have you checked the error memory?
