Difficulties with Toyota Fortuner Diesel 2023: Pre-glow light, black smoke and failed DPF regeneration

Hey guys, I'm having problems with my 2023 Toyota Fortuner diesel with 132,582 km mileage. The preglow light won't go out, there is black smoke when accelerating, the check engine light is on, cold starts take longer, the car won't start, fuel efficiency is poor and DPF regeneration is failing. I suspect this could be due to a faulty glow plug, but am unsure after my last bad experience at the mechanic. Has anyone had similar problems and how was this solved at your garage?
