Hey, thanks for your reply. I'm glad you understand my concerns. I have one more question if you can remember - how much did you pay for the repair? Did anything else crop up afterwards or was it problem free afterwards? Would be great if you could shed some light with your experience.

Hey, of course I can help you with that. The garage charged me €45 to clean the radar sensor. I was a bit shocked at first because I thought it would be more expensive, but in the end it's really bearable. After the repair, everything was fine again, the radar sensor worked without any problems and there were no other faults. So don't worry, everything will be fine!

Hey, thanks for the info! That's very helpful. 45.0€ sounds really bearable. I think I'll make my way to the workshop tomorrow and try my luck. Hopefully everything will go as smoothly as it did for you. Thanks again for your help, I feel a bit more reassured now. I'll keep you up to date. See you then!

Hey buddy, I can well understand your concerns. I had a similar problem with my Mercedes C-Class (2012 model year) some time ago. My radar sensor was also dirty, which caused the parking aid to malfunction. It was a serious problem, because without the radar sensor working properly, driving is not so safe. In the end, I also needed a trip to the garage. Since you already have the error code, the most important thing is that they fix this electronic error. In my case, the sensor had to be cleaned and then everything worked again. Don't try to do it yourself, it could cause more damage than it helps. I wish you the best of luck!
