Dacia Sandero 2016: Navigation and Audio Systems Failure - Possible Issue with Speakerphone Microphone?

As for recent changes, I had a regular service done at 35k KM, and currently, she's clocked around 36132 KM. No accidents or modifications, thankfully. She's been running pretty smoothly up until this audio mess. I've been really meticulous about keeping things original, so this issue truly caught me by surprise.
