Dacia Dokker 2016 Overheating with Oil Light On and Metal Fragments in Oil: Suspected Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Issues

Hey there! Just last year, I ran into the sort of same problem with my Dacia Sandero 2014. I'm not a full-blown car nut, but I do have some experience in tinkering around in the garage. The culprit in my case wasn't the engine temperature sensor but the coolant level was too low. I ended up taking my Dacia to the local workshop, where my guy checked it out and topped it up. Hey! Good point about the coolant, I'll give it a looksee. My Dokker's clocking in at about 45113 KM at the moment.
