Hey, no problem, you're welcome! So if nothing major was done at your last service, it might actually be an idea to have the throttle body cleaned. After all, the throttle body regulates how much air gets into the engine and if it's not working properly, it can lead to the problems you're describing. However, I wouldn't completely overlook the fault in the low-pressure fuel system that you mentioned. That could also be one of the reasons. Perhaps it really would be best if you took it to the garage and got some professional advice. I hope that helps you a little!

Hey, great, thanks for the input! Yes, a throttle valve cleaning sounds sensible and I should definitely have the low-pressure fuel system checked. Then I'll probably make an appointment at the garage and have it looked at there. Hopefully that will bring an improvement. Thanks again for the help! Have a good trip with your Citroën C3!

Hi, I actually had a very similar problem with my 2005 Citroën C3. My car knowledge is not extensive, I only have some experience, but I can at least tell you how I managed to solve it. I took my C3 to the garage and they found out that the wrong software values for the fuel pump were the problem. It cost 45 euros to fix it. The garage was really knowledgeable and explained exactly what the problem was and what they did to fix it. To be able to help you better, it would be good to know if you have made any modifications to your car or if any parts have been replaced recently? Sometimes such changes can also affect the fuel system. Let me know if you have more info!
