Hey, thanks for the feedback. It's reassuring to know that you had a similar problem and it was solved. Can you remember how much it cost you to replace the defective part in the workshop? And has anything else happened since then? That would be really helpful for me. Thanks in advance!

Hey, sure, I can still remember that. Replacing the broken linkage cost me around 210 euros back then. It wasn't cheap, but at least it fixed the problem. And as for the issue with unlocking the fuel filler flap... Since the visit to the mechanic, everything has been working perfectly! So as far as that's concerned, I can now be really reassured. Nothing else has come up since then. Hope that helps you a bit!

All right, thanks for the info. That really reassures me a little. The price does seem a bit high, but if the problem is solved afterwards, it would be worth it. Good to know that there were no further problems after your workshop visit. I think I'll take my Arkana in for a check-up too. Thanks for the report, it was really helpful!

Hey buddy, I had a similar problem with my 2016 Renault Scenic. The same "check engine" light was on and it was probably a fault in my linkage. I thought it was something bad at first, but was told it wasn't that big a deal. The last time I went to the garage they replaced the faulty part and the light didn't come back on after that. Seems like the problem from the fuel door release was a false trail. Hope this helps and gives you some relief.
