Cayenne Hybrid Shakes: Throttle Valve Troubles?

Hey everyone, my 2020 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid (23,155 KM) has been acting up lately. The car trembles pretty badly when stopped at lights, jerks when I press the gas, and the check engine light just came on. I suspect it might be the throttle valve, but after a previous bad experience with my mechanic, I'm hesitant to go back. Has anyone dealt with similar symptoms in their Cayenne?
