I checked all the fuses and they are ok.
Inspect the wiring connections behind the audio and navigation units to ensure they are secure and not damaged. Sometimes loose or disconnected wires can cause these systems to malfunction. Let me know if you find anything unusual or need more help.

I checked all the wires and connections, they are ok. So I decided to go to an electrical workshop and the conclusion was that the navigation is burnt and needs to be repaired. It stayed at the workshop for repair. Why didn't Carly also find the defect? 🤔

It's possible that the issue with the navigation system was internal and not visible through external checks like fuses or wiring. Internal components can fail without obvious signs, requiring specialized equipment to diagnose. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to ask.

Check the fuse box for any blown fuses related to the audio and navigation systems. This is a simple check and could resolve the issue if a fuse has blown. Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance.
