BMW iX2 Audio System Failures: Subwoofer & Speaker Issues

Hey there! Got some experience with car audio systems. I had a similar issue with my 2022 BMW iX3 (came from an i4 before that). The symptoms were exactly like yours, unusual subwoofer cuts, crackling, and complete audio failures. Took it to my regular workshop and they found a faulty bass speaker that was causing all these problems. The fix was straightforward but not cheap, got the speaker replaced for about 280 Euro.
