BMW iX Seat Controls Malfunction, Help Needed

Had the exact same symptoms, seat controls completely dead, saved positions not working properly. Turned out my car's battery was heavily discharged, which affected various electrical systems including the seats. Took it to my regular workshop and they diagnosed it within an hour. The fix wasn't cheap, cost me 290 Euro for the battery service and system reset. Before you head to the service center though, could you share: Is your car throwing any specific error codes?
