BMW 5 Electric Seats Malfunction and Carly Coding Issues

Electric seats malfunction

Hello everyone, I'm new to this community and to using Carly for coding. I successfully coded my BMW 5 on my first attempt, but ran into issues on my second try. I've lost a lot of functions in the car and I'm unable to restore the backup. I've followed the Carly quick guide, but it hasn't resolved the issue. The problem seems to be with the BDC ECU where I've lost a lot of functionalities. I'm unsure of how to proceed from here and would appreciate any guidance or advice. Additionally, I'm experiencing a malfunction with the electric seats. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Start by checking the fuses related to the BDC ECU and electric seats to ensure none are blown. If the fuses are intact, try disconnecting the car battery for about 15 minutes to reset the system, then reconnect and attempt to restore the backup again. If the issue persists, it might be best to consult a professional mechanic or BMW specialist to avoid further complications. Let me know how it goes or if you have any other questions!
