Check the number plate light bulb first to see if it's burnt out or loose. If the bulb is fine, inspect the wiring and connections for any signs of damage or corrosion. Let me know how it goes or if you need further assistance!
Today I replaced both license plate lamps with new ones but they still don't work. Possibly which wires should I check more precisely?

Inspect the wiring harness that connects to the license plate lights for any visible damage or wear. Pay special attention to the connectors and the area where the wires enter the trunk lid, as these spots are prone to bending and breaking. If you have a multimeter, you can also check for continuity in the wires to ensure there are no breaks. Let me know if you find anything unusual or need more help!
