Hi all, I have a Mazda 3 and have recently noticed that it is blowing bluish smoke out of the exhaust pipe. I have refurbished several parts of the car including the turbo but the problem persists.Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this.Could it be a problem with the turbo despite having it refurbished? Any help would be appreciated.

Bluish smoke from the exhaust usually indicates oil burning in the combustion chamber. This could be due to worn piston rings, valve seals, or a faulty PCV system. Since you've already refurbished the turbo, it's less likely to be the cause. I'd suggest starting with a compression test to check the condition of the piston rings. If the test results are normal, inspect the PCV system next. Please update us on your progress.
