It turned out to be the diesel particulate filter, which was defective due to the high mileage. The last time I was in the workshop, they had to replace the diesel particulate filter completely. There was no other option because of the high mileage. So it seems to be a pretty serious problem, so it's better to have it checked as soon as possible. After all, your car is a bit older and high mileage is known to wear out the filter more quickly. Good luck!
