Hey, thanks for your reply! Oh man, that sounds like quite a bit of work. I already thought it could be the battery, but the starter motor thing is really new to me. Do you remember how expensive all that fun was for you? And has anything else come up since then, or did the car behave as usual afterwards? Thanks again for your help, bro!

Hey, no problem, you're welcome! Well, the whole thing was a bit expensive, in my case it cost €290, and that was just for the battery, which was flat and faulty. But since I had it done, the whole thing with the undervoltage in the vehicle is history. So, as you can see, it can really make a difference. The car also feels like new, so I'd say it was money well spent. As for the starter motor, unfortunately I can't tell you exactly how much it cost, it was a while ago. But the most important thing is that you do something before it gets any worse. Hope this helps you. All the best for you and your Ford!

Hey, that's a helpful tip, thank you very much! 290 is quite a lot of money, but if it helps, it's worth it. It's great to hear that your car has been working perfectly since then - that really gives me hope! I think I'll have it checked at the garage and hope it's just the battery. Thanks again for your help and advice, I really appreciate it! All the best to you all and take good care of your cars! See you next time!

Hey, I can totally understand your worries. My 2009 Ford Mondeo also had symptoms like this once. At first I thought it was something more trivial, but in fact the battery was flat and faulty. At first it sounded worse than it actually was. The car wouldn't start and the lights flickered, just like your car. I then drove to the garage and the guys did a comprehensive check. It turned out that the battery had to be replaced. They also discovered that the starter motor also needed replacing as it wasn't in good condition either. In the end, it wasn't just a battery change, but also a starter motor replacement, which was unfortunately necessary. It sounded like a big deal at first, but it wasn't - even though it involved parts that I don't normally check regularly. Hope that helps you. Just get it checked, better sooner than later. All the best!
