I took the car to my trusted garage and it turned out that the connection cable from the micro was faulty. The repair cost me 250 euros, but after that everything ran like clockwork again!

Thanks for the additional information. In my case, the wiring harness that connects the audio system to the rest of the car had a loose connection. This then affected the audio.
