Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2004 Citroen C4 last year. The bass speaker was defective and, just like yours, the navigation system stopped working properly. It seems that it's a rather common problem with these models. Don't worry, it's not super serious, but it is annoying, I must say. So it seems that the garage really got to grips with the limited function of the audio system.
