Hey, of course I remember that! Since the workshop visit, the problem with the air conditioning system has been completely resolved. It was actually individual valves that were defective. And best of all, the cost of the repair was exactly €0. The valves were probably replaced as part of a goodwill arrangement or warranty. Since then, everything has been running perfectly again and there have been no further problems. Hope that helps you!

Hey, thanks again for your detailed reply! The goodwill arrangement sounds great, I'll definitely ask if that works for me too. I was really worried about finding a garage I could trust again after my last visit went so badly. But your experience gives me some hope! I'll make an appointment and ask about the valves. Keep your fingers crossed that it goes well! Thank you and have a nice day!

GOOD MORNING, I HAVE A 2017 Q2, THE HOT AIR DOESN'T WORK (THE AIR COMES OUT BUT IT'S COLD).
THANKS
It sounds like your car's heater core might be clogged or there could be an issue with the thermostat. Start by checking the coolant level in your car. If it's low, it might be the reason why the heater isn't working. If the coolant level is fine, you might need to have the heater core or thermostat checked by a professional. Please remember, if you're not comfortable doing these checks yourself, it's always best to have a mechanic look at it. Let us know how it goes. Do you have any other questions?
Hey, I had a similar problem with my 2014 Audi A3. In my case, it was a defect in individual valves in the air conditioning system. The symptoms were also a lack of cooling and the A/C system not starting properly. The workshop replaced the defective valves and the A/C system then worked perfectly again. It was a serious problem that needed to be fixed as soon as possible to prevent further damage. Hope this helps you!
