Hey, but of course, I remember! I had to pay €45 to fix the wrong software values for the fuel pump. I wasn't expecting that, but hey, the most important thing is that the car is running again. And since I've been to the mechanic and the fuel pump fault has been fixed, there have been no further problems. My A3 is now running like a pussycat again. It seems like all my car problems are solved. Hope this helps you!

Thanks, that really helps me! The price sounds fair to me, especially if the car runs perfectly again afterwards. It's really reassuring to hear that your Audi is running well since the repair and that no new problems have arisen. So, now I have to find the time to take my car to the garage. I hope everything goes as smoothly for me as it did for you. Thanks again for the great help, and wish me luck that my A2 diesel will soon be running like a pussycat again.

Hello, I know your problem too. My 2008 Audi A3 had similar symptoms. At the workshop, they then discovered that it was actually the fuel pump. The software values were simply set incorrectly and caused the engine to run erratically or often not want to start. As soon as the garage fixed the problem, my car ran like clockwork again. So yes, it was a serious problem, but after the repair everything was back to normal. I hope this helps you!
