Air conditioning system in Renault Talisman constantly leaking refrigerant

A/C System Not Engaging

I have a problem with the air conditioning in my Renault Talisman. It regularly leaks refrigerant every 2-4 weeks or so. Despite several attempts by my Renault garage to find and fix the leak, the problem persists. Even an attempt with sealant was unsuccessful. Has anyone had similar experiences or has an idea how the problem could be solved? Any suggestions are welcome. Many thanks in advance.

It sounds like a persistent issue. One possibility could be a faulty Schrader valve, which is a common source of refrigerant leaks. It's a small valve on your AC system where the refrigerant is added and pressure is measured. You could ask your mechanic to check this.
