Hi, I have a 2018 Citroën C3 myself and had similar problems with the climate control unit. The symptoms were really annoying, I could hardly regulate my airstream. In the end, the mechanic at my garage replaced the entire air conditioning control unit. It was quite a job, but after that the problem was over and I haven't had any more problems with the ventilation since. So I would definitely say check it out at a trustworthy garage.
