Addressing Warning Light and Low Brake Fluid Issue in a 2018 Kia Stinger
Warning light in the speedometer of the vehicle

Hey there! Your situation sounds awfully similar to mine, I've got a 2018 Stinger as well. That warning light sure is a cause for concern. Thanks for sharing your Kia Optima experience - sounds like a bit of a job, swapping out both the pads and rotors. You wouldn't happen to remember what that cost you, would you? And has anything else since popped up that I should keep an eye out for? Cheers!
Hey there! Getting work done on the brakes turned out to be a bit of a wallet-buster, admittedly. Had to fork out 480.00 € to sort it all out. But, hey, at least my Optima's no longer screaming for brake fluid, thanks to the worn-out brakes getting fixed. So, that's a nice bit of peace of mind! Since that repair, nothing major has hit my radar. I've been able to hit the road with confidence. Keep an eye on that brake light, though. If it starts acting up again, rush your Stinger straight to the mechanic. Better to be safe as houses when it comes to brakes on these beauties. Take care!
Whoa, 480.00 € is quite the price tag! Though, I imagine it's a small price to pay for the peace of mind, especially when it comes to brake-related issues. Thanks for sharing, I really appreciate your candidness - gives me an idea of what I might be in for here with my Stinger. I'll definitely keep my eye on that brake light and won't hesitate to haul it into the mechanic if it keeps giving me trouble. Brakes aren't anything to mess around with, I got that right. Thanks for the advice and stay safe on the road. Cheers!
Hey! I've got a 2015 Kia Optima, had a similar issue a while back. The annoying warning light came on, and yeah, turned out to be the brakes. The pads were worn down and the low brake fluid level was basically the car's way of yelling for help. The rotors were off too. Ended up at the garage where they had to replace both pads and rotors, not a quick band-aid fix, mind you. Not trying to scare you here, but it can be serious if not tended to. Hope you get it sorted soon, better safe than sorry on the road, right?
