ABS/DSC system is not working

Hello everyone, the ABS warning light is illuminated on my BMW X5 and the ABS/DSC system is not working. However, the diagnostic device does not show any error codes in connection with the ABS. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this could be or how I can narrow down the problem further? Many thanks in advance!

Check the ABS wheel speed sensors for dirt or damage, as they can cause the ABS light to illuminate without triggering error codes. Clean or replace them if necessary. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
