Hey, thanks for your quick reply! Too bad you had a similar problem. I was just wondering how much the repair actually cost you? And has anything else come up since then? Regards

Hey, I'm glad if I could help! The repair of the control unit was a bit expensive, exactly 1000 €. But since then everything has been running smoothly again. The issue with the defective brake light switch has also been resolved, the mechanic was able to fix it quickly. There have been no further problems since then. It runs like clockwork. Greetings back

Moin, That sounds like a lot of money, but I'm reassured to hear that everything went smoothly afterwards. I think I will also visit my garage as soon as possible to sort the whole thing out. Thank you very much for your help and advice! See you then

Hi, Wow, that sounds pretty similar to what happened with my 2020 Clio the other day. I had the same problem with the ABS warning lights and a faulty brake light. The diagnosis was - control unit faulty. It was really annoying because the car was otherwise running really well. It was definitely a serious problem. My garage replaced the control unit, which was pretty time-consuming. Without a functioning control unit, a car can get pretty messed up. It could have been even worse, luckily I noticed it in time and reacted immediately. So, don't worry, just get it repaired. Greetings
