Hey there! Thanks for sharing your experience, it gives me a solid starting point to discuss with my mechanic. Now that you mentioned it, it's starting to make sense that the issue might be with the headlamp adjuster system. I'll definitely get it checked out! Just out of curiosity, do you recall roughly how much the total cost was for you to fix your issue? Furthermore, have you encountered any related problems since the fix? I'm just trying to gauge if I should anticipate this being a recurring problem. Your insights would be greatly appreciated! Cheers!
Hey! No problem, glad my experience could give you a bit of guidance. Let's get down to the brass tacks then. After seeing my mechanic, the Indicator problem that initially seemed like a ghost was actually fixed. It came down to €102.50 for correcting the A lamp defect on my beast. Since the fix, I haven't really faced any related problems. So fingers crossed, seems like all is running smooth so far! But it's always a good idea to keep regular check-up habits, you know, just to keep the machine happy and healthy. Hope this helps you out and best of luck with your Tarraco!
Hey, Truly appreciate your detailed thoughts. It's comforting to hear that the problem got sorted for you and didn't come back. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping for the best for my Tarraco too! The quote for the fix isn't too dreadful, so that's a relief. You're absolutely right about maintaining good car hygiene, a proper check-up, and timely schedules really do wonders in the long run. It not only keeps the car happy but the owner too! Thanks again for the insights, really helpful. I'm off to the mechanics now. I'll keep you updated on how it goes. Cheers!
Hey, I can relate to your issue with your Seat Tarraco Hybrid. Last year, I had a similar problem with my 2018 Seat Ibiza ST. My beams wouldn't adjust as they should and my driving visibility became limited. At first, I thought it was a simple bulb change, but it turned out a bit more involved. My mechanic found the issue to be with the headlamp adjuster system, as it wasn't controlling the light beams correctly. He had to reconfigure the whole system to get the lights working perfectly again. He also had to replace both of my bulbs because they had both started to degrade which caused the light to be dimmer. So, based on my experience, I'd say it's not a serious issue per se, but certainly something you shouldn't ignore, especially if it's compromising visibility at night. It could be something as simple as bringing your vehicle to the garage for a bulb change and beam adjustment. But, it's worth having them check the entire headlamp system just to be safe. Best of luck with it!
