Hey folks, I've got a tricky situation with my 2021 Seat Tarraco, a gasoline engine with a mileage of about 105,304 KM. A couple of things aren't right: black exhaust smoke on acceleration, erratically behaving engine, that pesky check engine light won't go off, my car's cutting off on its own, there's a decrease in power, jerky acceleration, and just crappy fuel economy. Oh, and very noticeable strong exhaust smell. It's stalling while idling too. I've got a hunch this could be tied to a deviation in fuel injection pressure from the standard value. Last time I dealt with a mechanic, it wasn't the best experience, so I'm here for your thoughts. Anyone experienced something similar with their ride? How did your experience go with your mechanic? Thanks a lot for any help you can give!
