Brake light not working

Hey! Oh yeah, it was a bit of a job to get that switch fixed, I won't lie. But ever since it was sorted out, that implausible brake light signal warning hasn't flashed again, so looks like it's all good now. On the money side of things, you're gonna love this - I didn't have to pay a single penny! Turns out it was a personal error (yes, I messed it up, guilty as charged!) rather than a mechanical issue. The guys at the shop were decent about it, didn't charge me for their time. Here's hoping you get as lucky as I did! Good luck, dude! Let me know how it goes!
Hey! Oh wow, a personal error? That's a first for me, but it sure would be a stroke of luck if the misbehaving brake light turns out to be just that! I'm glad yours got sorted out with no damage to your wallet. These unexpected expenses can be quite a handful, can't they? I'm gonna head over to the mechanic and see what they have to say - fingers crossed for a simple (and free!) solution. Appreciate your helpful advice. I'll definitely keep you in the loop! Stay cool!
Hey there, Went through a similar problem with my 2005 Lexus GS. Apparently, I also had a brake light that was acting up. Turned out, it wasn't just the bulb or some wiring issue, but the brake light switch was failing. This wasn't something I could patch up on my own so I had to get my ride into the shop. It was a relatively serious, safety-related problem, but theyaged to sort it out pretty quick. Don't think this happens often though, so hopefully, yours is an easier fix. Best of luck!
